RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange items in new condition (unworn/unwashed/undamaged) within 30 days of delivery.
Return / Exchange Process
To make a return or exchange please notify us at support@dinkersandbangers.com with the order number, item and reason for the return before you send your order back to us so we can assist with the process. We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.
Refunds
Products must be returned in “new” condition to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed once item is returned. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Defective/Damaged Merchandise
If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective/damaged it will be replaced or refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued. Return shipping will be provided at no additional cost.
Non Eligible Items
We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or clearance items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns and exchanges back to Dinkers & Bangers, with the exception of defective or damaged merchandise.
