Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please email support@dinkersandbangers.com with your name and order number. If your order has not begun processing, we will be able to cancel it and any payments made will be refunded.
Do you offer donations or sponsorships for events?
We do not offer monetary donations or sponsorships, but we do offer in-kind donations for event raffles or prizes in the form of a prize card. Winners are able to use the card and unique discount code to order a shirt of their choice from our prize catalog.
If you would like to request an in-kind donation for your event, please email support@dinkersandbangers.com with your event details. Please give us 2-4 business days to review your request.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes! If you love someone who loves pickleball but you don’t know what to get them, our gift cards are the perfect gift. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be personalized with a special message from you. Instructions to redeem them at checkout will be included in the email. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire. Purchase a Gift Card.
